Below are specific criteria that the business must meet:
- Wholesaler/Distributor that provides Value-Added Services [preference for durable goods, equipment, components, etc]
- Value-Added Services may include installation, maintenance, repair, rentals, training, consulting, etc.
- Stable or growing annual revenue, <$2M in net pre-tax profit
- Does not compete solely on price
