Because I intend to operate the company after the sale, I am hyper focused on business models that align with my professional interests and skill set.

Below are specific criteria that the business must meet:

  • Wholesaler/Distributor that provides Value-Added Services [preference for durable goods, equipment, components, etc]
  • Value-Added Services may include installation, maintenance, repair, rentals, training, consulting, etc.
  • Stable or growing annual revenue, <$2M in net pre-tax profit
  • Does not compete solely on price
